Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
Products can be registered for return within 24 hours from the date of your order received. Please initiate your return request within this period.
Return Eligibility
Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with the shrink wrap intact.
- Returns are not accepted for bulk orders (more than 5 items).
- Damaged or Incomplete Items: If your product arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return Procedure
- Email us at online@mybrainbasket.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We will arrange a pickup from your address with our trusted delivery partner.
- Alternatively, once the return request is acknowledged, we can provide our warehouse address, and you can send the product there.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check.
- You can either ship the order to the return address or opt for a reverse pickup arranged by us, with the shipping fees deducted from your refund.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days from the approval of the return request.
